All life skill Learning Activities are accessed from this interactive web site. Each student has his or her own password and personal online student account. Online training is better than software, because there's nothing to install, no disks to keep track of, and it's available 24/7 from home, school, library, community center -- anywhere there's an Internet connection. Plus, as we add new life skill activities, resources, and materials, they're immediately available to everyone who has a password.

What is the Free Trial?

We will send you a password for full set of Courses, at no cost. You will be able to login and explore, evaluate, and try all functions for 4 days.  When you’re ready to order, we’ll send you a new password, so you can start fresh.

How long does it take to get my Peak Mastery online account? Are there any shipping costs?

Your passwords are delivered immediately by email and web. Peak Mastery is an all-electronic online life skills program, so nothing is shipped to you -- but we will email your passwords to you immediately for your records. Peak Mastery is always "in stock," and there are no shipping charges.

How long does it take to complete the different programs?

To complete Peak Discovery, you teens should take about 12 hours; Peak Readiness is 35 hours, Peak Purpose 40 hours, Peak Workplace 15 hours, and Peak Financial is 15 hours.  All Courses are self-paced and self-guided, meaning you can start and stop at any time, and go as fast or slow as you want.  More advanced students may go faster, others may take more time.

How old should my students be?

Peak Mastery is designed for youth ages 12 and up. The reading level is seventh grade.

How long will I be able to use the passwords?

Peak Mastery accounts and passwords never expire, and you’ll never pay beyond the initial sign-up (unless you want to order more Courses, or add additional users). Peak Mastery acts like a scenario planner for your teen’s future – and teens WILL change their minds about everything, eventually.  They can use the job resources, career planners, budget, apartment guides, mission statements, and everything else as long as they (or you) want, to experiment, create new scenarios, and explore. 

What kind of computer and internet connection will I need?

Peak Mastery works on virtually all systems, PC or Mac, dial-up or high speed, old or new.

How much help will my teen need?

Peak Mastery is designed to be totally self-guided, but we encourage parents to coach, listen, encourage, and share their own life skills and life experiences. It's also a great opportunity to spend some quality time with your teens.

Our independent living courses for teens cover how to determine goals for the future and establish lifestyle expectations. Students explore education and career choices, and learn how those decisions impact their ability to achieve their goals. They learn about college entrance requirements, how to create a resume and interview for a job.
